Cut celery into sections, mince chili peppers and garlic, and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté minced garlic and chopped chili until fragrant. Then add celery and stir-fry until just cooked through.
Add the stir-fried beef and a teaspoon of oyster sauce, stir-fry over medium-high heat until well combined, and then serve.
