Chicken feet soup with papaya

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ripe papaya

- 300 g peanuts

- 500 g chicken feet

- 300 g fishtail

- Washed and crushed ginger

Steps
- Peel the papaya and cut it in half, remove the contents and wash it clean, cut it into pieces.

- Wash the chicken feet and cut the nails, then boil them briefly to remove dirt and fat. When the water is boiling, remove them.

- Clean the peanuts

- Wash the fish tail, then fry until cooked

- Prepare 3 liters of water in a pan to boil the soup. Wait until the water boils.

- After the water boils, add all the ingredients that have been prepared, except for the papaya, boil for 15 minutes on high heat so that the juice comes out, then add the papaya, boil for 10 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat. Cover and boil for 2 hours.

- When the soup is cooked, add 1/2 tbsp of salt, turn off the heat and cover again.

- The soup is cooked and ready to be served
