Steps
- Put water, rice flour, tapioca flour, pandan paste (1/2 teaspoon) and salt into a pan. Stir until evenly mixed (water is cold) Cook using low heat while stirring. Stir until the mixture thickens.

- Prepare a bowl filled with water and ice cubes. Press the dough into a perforated container right in the bowl of ice water (press the dough while it is still hot). Do this until the dough is finished. Once it is done, set it aside.

- To make brown sugar syrup;
mix pandan leaves (2 pandan leaves), brown sugar (200gr) and water in a pan (250ml). Boil the brown sugar until it boils and thickens slightly. (Strain and set aside)

- To make coconut milk ingredients;
Mix all the coconut milk ingredients (1 pack of instant coconut milk) 250 ml of water, (1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla) and boil until boiling. Then let it cool.

- Prepare a glass, add brown sugar syrup, cendol, coconut milk or (ice cubes if you like)
Add a little boiled water.
Rice flour cendol is ready to be enjoyed.
