- Peel the sweet potato then cut into squares, then steam until cooked, mash the steamed sweet potato, after it is smooth, add the glutinous rice flour, tapioca and salt, mix until evenly mixed, then pour in ±100ml of warm water little by little until the dough is evenly mixed and can be shaped.

- 100g brown sugar, then finely grated

- After the dough is mixed evenly, take enough dough, then add the brown sugar filling and make it into a ball, do this until finished.

- Put in water + pandan leaves that have been boiled beforehand, cook until the klepo is cooked / floats then remove and drain.
