Crème Brûlée
A fancy yet easy dessert to make
Ingredients
3
Separated egg yokes
100 ML
Milk
200 ML
Whipping Cream
30 g
Sugar
1 Teaspoon
Vanilla
Steps
Custard
Separate egg yolks
Add 20g sugar into the egg yolks
Mix well
Pour milk into a saucepan
Pour whipping cream into a saucepan
Pour in vanilla into the sauce pan and cook for 2 minutes
Gradually add mixture and whisk
Whisk well
Pour through strainer
Add into a tray with hot water
Bake at 175 °c for 40 min
After 40 take it out the oven
Caramel
Add the rest of the sugar and add a splash of water to the pan
Pour the boiling caramel into the custard
Enjoy
Once the caramel sets it is ready to enjoy!
