vanilla
1 tsp
baking soda

grams of plain flour

Steps
Preparation
First organize your ingredients
Dry mix
Get a bowl and sift your flour
Measure your salt and put it In the flour
Measure your baking soda and add it to the dry mix
Wet mix
Get your butter and melt it until it’s brown
Get your sugar and put it in a bowl
Get your dark brown sugar and add it to the mix
Once your butter is browned let it cool to avoid burning the sugar
Once your butter is cooled add it to the sugar
After adding the brown butter get a hand mixer and mix
After mixing crack one egg and one egg yolk and add it to the mix
Cookie dough
Gradually add the dry mix when mixing (if the cookie dough isn’t thick enough add more flour)
Cut your chocolate into pieces
Mix your chocolate into to the cookie dough
Bake
Bake at 175 °C for 15 minites
