- Wash the ginseng thoroughly, then remove and set aside. Boil the ginseng for ±20 minutes, turn on medium heat and cover.

- Wash the pork thoroughly, then remove and set aside. Cut the pork into 2 pieces, then set aside.

- Cut the chicken into several pieces, then wash it clean, remove and set aside.

- 2 pieces of ginger, washed and crushed

- Pound the ginseng that has been boiled, then slice it thinly diagonally, then set aside.

- Prepare a pan, add 1 liter 1/5 of water, turn on the heat, wait until it boils for ±10 minutes with medium heat, when the water has boiled, add the chicken, boil until it boils for ±5 minutes, then lift and drain. Boil water again 1 liter 1/2, wait until it boils with medium heat for ±10 minutes, add the pork, boil until it boils for ±5 minutes, stir then lift and set aside,

- Prepare a pan, add 3 liters of water, then turn on the heat (I use an electric stove). Wait until it boils.

- The water is boiling, add all the ingredients, then cover. Boil for ±2 hours.

- The soup is cooked, add 1 tsp of salt, stir well.

- The soup is cooked and ready to be served
