  1. To make teriyaki sauce follow step 1 to 3 below:-

  4. Put soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and grilled onion, spring onion, garlic and ginger into a saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes to reduce by one third. Leave to cool, drain and set aside.

  7. Heat pan until hot and add couple tablespoons of oil and pan fry chicken skin side down until golden.
