Steamed Egg and Milk with Baby Pumpkin

Steamed Egg with Baby Pumpkin - soft, sweet, and delicious, even the skin is gone! A low-calorie, low-fat meal that babies and adults alike will love.
Ingredients
- One baby squash

- two eggs (One small melon is enough.)

- one egg and 60 ml of milk

- Four or five goji berries are enough.

- Add an appropriate amount of glucose (white sugar is also acceptable).

Steps
- Cut the kabocha squash in half lengthwise.

- Remove the seeds and pulp from the inside of the melon.

- Bring water to a boil, place the pot on top, cover, and steam for 10 minutes.

- Beat two eggs and add an appropriate amount of glucose.

- Add 120 ml of milk, stir well, and strain.

- After 10 minutes, pour in the egg mixture.

- Place 4 or 5 red dates in the steamer, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.

- Time's up, take it out of the pot.
