My new favourite handy recipe that is aromatic and flavourful. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!
Ingredients
2 chicken legs (chopped)
1/4 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 small red chillies (chopped)
3 slices lemon (remove seed)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons honey
Steps
Firstly, debone the chicken leg like so
After chopping in small pieces as shown, marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes
Prepare all the vegetables like so
In heated oil, fry the marinated chicken until golden brown
Then add in minced garlic and onion. Fry until onion softened
Add in remaining ingredients and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes
