Caviar Matsutake Spaghetti

spaghetti

matsutake (minced)
20 g
caviar
5
cloves garlic (minced)
10 g
truffle pesto
Flaxseed oil
Avocado oil
Salt
Black pepper
Steps
In a pot of boiling water, add about a teaspoon of salt and cook the spaghetti according to the packaging
Mine cooked for about 9 minutes. Once cooked, drain and reserve
While the pasta is cooking, wash the matsutake thoroughly and chop into small pieces easier for blending
Blend the matsutake and garlic respectively
In a heated pan with flaxseed oil, fry the minced garlic in low heat until aromatic
Then add in grind matsutake and truffle pesto. Continue to stir fry until you see a creamy texture
Throw in the pasta and mix with the sauce until they are well incorporated. Season with salt and black pepper accordingly
Once done, plate and decorate with caviar, and also drizzle some avocado oil for extra flavour. Enjoy!
