Chicken Alfredo
A rich creamy pasta with juicy yet flavorful chicken
Ingredients
One Chicken Breast
250 g
Pasta

/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

/2 Onion Powder
1
/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1
/2 Paprika
1 Teaspoon
Salt

Cloves of Garlic

Onion
200 ML
Heavy Cream
30 g
Butter
Steps
Prep
Prepare your ingredients
Chicken
Mix your spices together
Cut your chicken breast into half
Season your chicken breast with the spice mixture
Oil up your pan
Once the oil is at a high temperature sear your chicken for 4 minutes for each side
After 4 minutes flip the chicken breast
After cooking rest for 5 minutes and slice into pieces
Pasta
Fill the sauce pan up with water and wait for it to boil
Season the water generously with salt and place the pasta in
Alfredo Sauce
Mince your garlic
Dice your onions
Pour the onions and garlic into the pan you used to cook the chicken
Add the butter
Add the heavy cream and stir
Gradually add cheese into the Alfredo Sauce
Add some of the remaining pasta water to the sauce
Add pasta and mix
Plate your pasta
Add your chicken to the pasta
