Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

In this dish, the pumpkin is soft and full of meat aroma, the ribs are tender and wrapped in black bean aroma, and the pumpkin dietary fiber is responsible for filling you up. Ingredients
- 600g spareribs

- 200g pumpkin

- Light Soy Sauce (1 spoon)

- oyster sauce (1 spoon)

- Ginger (three slices)

- Garlic (3)

- Cooking wine (1 spoon)

- White pepper (1 tsp)

- 2 spoons of fermented soybeans

- 1 tbsp salt

Steps
- Smash the garlic and cut the ginger into strips for later use.

- Wash the ribs, add crushed garlic, shredded ginger, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, white pepper, and 1 spoon of oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for more than half an hour. If you want to make the aroma more "explosive", you can chop the garlic into fine garlic paste, spread it with the fermented black beans in a bowl, pour hot oil on it to stimulate the aroma, and then mix it with the ribs.

- Peel and pulp the pumpkin, cut into small even pieces, add 1 gram of salt and mix well.

- Place the marinated ribs on the pumpkin, making sure each rib is "lying" on the pumpkin.

- Steam in a pressure cooker for 8 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for the air to be naturally exhausted, open the lid, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Use an ordinary steamer, boil the water, and steam over high heat for 25-30 minutes, until the ribs are cooked through and the pumpkin is soft.
