Pork Soup with Five-Finger Peaches

- Wash the pork thoroughly, add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp tapioca flour, remove and drain.

- Peel the carrots and wash them clean, cut the carrots diagonally, or according to taste, set aside.

- Peel the corn, wash it clean, cut it into 6 squares or according to taste, set aside.

- Wash the five finger peaches thoroughly then drain them.

- Cut the ginger into 2 pieces

- Boil the lychees for 10 minutes, remove the peel and wash the lychees, set aside.

- Prepare a pan, add water then cover again, turn on medium heat, wait until it boils

- The water is boiling, add the pork, add sliced ginger, boil for 7 minutes, then remove and drain.

- Prepare a pan, add 3 liters of water, cover again (I use an electric stove)

- Turn on the electric stove, then wait until the water boils.

- The water is boiling, add all the ingredients, add 1/4 tsp oil, then cover again. Boil for 1 hour 30 minutes

- When the soup is cooked, add 1/2 tbsp of salt, then stir, taste test.

- The soup is cooked and ready to be served
