Braised yellow tang

The meat is juicy and appetizing.
Ingredients
- 1 Small piece of ginger

- 1 Garlic

- Half a red pepper

- 1 Scallion

- 1 Yellow stalk

- A little oil

- 3 Spoon soy sauce

Steps
- Dice ginger

- Chop garlic

- Chopped red pepper

- Cut green onion into small pieces

- Huang Liqi wash clean

- Cut it with a knife to make it taste better

- Heat the pan, pour oil, fry the washed yellow sticks on both sides, , do not need to fry too long, 2 sides fry time about 3 minutes, drain and set aside

- Heat the pan and pour oil

- Add red pepper, ginger, garlic beans and fry together

- After frying for 1 minute, put the fried fish in.

- Follow up with soy sauce

- Add 100 ml boiling water

- Cover and cook for 3 minutes

- Open the lid and drizzle the sauce a little over the fish

- Sprinkle some chopped green onions prepared earlier

- Finally, sprinkle the remaining green onions on the plate.
