Steamed shrimp and vermicelli

Ingredients
- 200 gram Shrimp

- 40g vermicelli

- a piece of chili

- 10g garlic, 10g ginger, 5g chili pepper

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

- salt

- 50g cooking oil

- 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

- one teaspoon of chicken stock.

Steps
- Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp.

- Cut off the back, remove the shrimp thread, pour in cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes.

- Place 40 grams of soaked vermicelli on a plate.

- Chop 10 grams of garlic, 10 grams of ginger and 5 grams of chili pepper into small dices and put them into a container and stir until they become foam.

- Cut the pepper into sections.

- Pour the crushed foam into a bowl.

- Add 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and salt to taste in a bowl

- Stir well and set aside.

- Cover the shrimp with green pepper segments and place on a plate with vermicelli.

- Top the shrimp with mashed garlic.

- Boil water in a pot and steam the shrimp for 7 minutes.

- Remove from heat and set aside.

- Heat oil in a pan over 100 degrees.

- Pour boiling oil over the shrimp to bring out the aroma.

- This steamed shrimp vermicelli dish is ready.
