Steps
Wash the shrimp
Remove the skin
Cut the back and remove the dirt
Once the shrimp has been cleaned of dirt and is ready to be marinated, add 1/2 tbsp corn flour.
Add 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1/4 tsp chicken powder and stir.
After marinating, let it sit for a few minutes as you like, I marinated it for just 20 minutes.
Wash the spring onions and chop them.
Heat the pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil
After the oil is hot, add the shrimp and let it cook for a while.
Turn over and scramble because shrimp cook very quickly once their color changes.
Remove the tarok on a plate
Immediately add the salted egg yolk to the oil. Reduce the heat while blending over low heat.
After it is a bit smooth
Then increase the heat so that the scrambled foam quickly boils
Add the shrimp and reduce the heat and stir again.
Add spring onions
Turn off the heat after stirring, the taste is just right, guys, so don't add any other spices.
Remove from heat and place on a plate. Salted egg yolk with shrimp is ready to be served.
