Salted egg, mustard greens and pork soup

A refreshing soup mixed with the aroma of sliced meat and salted egg is a great choice for summer soup
Ingredients
- 1 Small piece of ginger

- 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce

- Pinch of salt

- some white pepper

- Appropriate amount of cornstarch

- 1 spoon Oil

- 300 gram mustard greens

- 300 gram pork

- 1 piece Salted Egg

Steps
- Shredded ginger

- Wash and cut mustard greens into sections

- Slice the lean meat, mix with cornstarch, soy sauce, a little salt and white pepper, and finally add oil and marinate for 15 minutes

- Beat the salted eggs into a bowl and set aside

- Add 600 ml of water to the pot, add shredded ginger and salted egg yolk jelly water.

- put the meat slices in boiling water

- Boil the meat for one minute and then add mustard greens

- Pour in salted egg whites, add a little salt and turn off the heat when the soup boils

- Serve in a bowl
