cured duck leg

taro

ginger (diced)

oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
rice wine
1 teaspoon
sugar
Steps
Start by cutting the cured duck leg as shown, remove excess fat from the meat
Add the fat to a pan without oil, sear in low heat to remove excess fat
Then add in taro and pan fry until slightly browned
Once done, transfer into a clay pot for later
In the same pan, add in garlic and ginger
Followed by cut cured duck leg
And season with listed ingredients. Mix well
After that, pour in boiling water so that the ingredients are semi immersed
Pour into the clay pot from previous steps
Let simmer in medium heat for about 15 minutes. After that, turn off the heat and let sit for another 5 minutes
Lastly, garnish and ready to serve!
