Homemade yogurt, a healthy breakfast


Cheese and fruit are good for breakfast. They are nutritious and taste good. I want to arrange a new breakfast for myself every day.
Cheese can provide protein and calcium. Cheeses like Greek yogurt have a high protein content. Fruits can provide vitamins and make breakfast nutrition more balanced. Protein, carbon water, and vitamins are all available. It can also replenish energy in the morning and start a day full of energy.

- Fry a piece of bread on both sides with butter and cut into the shape you want

- Cut the bread and put it on a plate, spread the cut fruit on it, the fruit variety is my favorite, three pictures

- Add a small teaspoon of honey to make it more delicious 😋 three pictures

- Top with my homemade cheese and add as many of your favorites as you like.

- You can pair it with eggs, it's your personal preference, a healthy breakfast is ready, enjoy it slowly

- Prepare a cheese-making container. Pour milk and a small cup of yeast into a glass container and mix well. Add a small amount of water to the outside of the glass container, open a small water level, cover it with a lid, plug it in and adjust it to keep warm for 10 hours.

- After 10 hours of homemade cheese, take out the cheese from the inner glass container, cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. Enjoy it slowly.
