Green and white bean rhyme

- two preserved eggs

- 100 gram Cucumber

Steps

- Place 100 grams of cooked soybeans on top of the preserved egg and wait.

- Heat 50 grams of oil in a pan, add 5 grams of ginger, 5 grams of garlic, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and chili segments. Add 100 grams of water, a teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns, a teaspoon of pepper, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a small amount of salt.
