Mung bean double milk ice drink (milk, condensed milk)

It's not that I can't afford the mung bean milk smoothie from my relative's (shop name) in Shanghai, but that making it yourself is more cost-effective! Keeping the mung bean skin (beating it into mung bean paste) is the key, it has the ability to clear away heat and relieve summer heat, detoxify and remove dampness. Paired with calcium-replenishing milk and condensed milk, you can make a fragrant smoothie at a cost of just a few yuan. Use the icy taste to "suppress" the summer heat, use the mung bean skin diet therapy to "extinguish fire and detoxify" the body, spend a little money to get the sugar water freedom and health buff together, the cost-effectiveness is directly maximized, and both the wallet and health can be fed comfortably~
Ingredients
Steps
- Take a handful of mung beans, wash them with water, and soak them in enough water for about 3 hours. Let the mung beans "drink enough water" so that they are easier to soften when cooked later. If you are in a hurry, you can shorten the soaking time, but the taste may be affected.

- 2. Pressure cooker version: Drain the soaked mung beans, put them into a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water (a little more than the mung beans). Cover the pot, cook over high heat until the gas starts to escape, then immediately turn to low heat, count for 10 minutes, cook into mung bean porridge, let it cool and set aside (I put it in the refrigerator after it cools down before using it)
2. Ordinary pot version: Put the soaked mung beans in an ordinary pot, add water to cover the mung beans, boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat, keep it slightly boiling, and cook for 30-40 minutes. Stir during the period to prevent the mung beans from sticking to the pot, until the mung beans are broken with a spoon.

- Disinfection: Prepare clean kitchen utensils (food processor, spoon, etc.) and tableware to hold the finished product, blanch them in boiling water, drain the water, to ensure the production process is clean and hygienic, and eat more safely.

- How to whip mung bean paste:
1. Prepare the ingredients: 300g of cooled mung bean porridge (you can use cold porridge directly), 80g of condensed milk, 240g of frozen milk (or freeze the milk into ice chips in advance).
2. Mix the ingredients: Pour the mung bean porridge, condensed milk and frozen milk into a food processor.
3. Whisk: Start the food processor and whip it into a smooth mung bean paste with a slushy texture; if you like a smoother taste, you can extend the whipping time.

- Assembly steps:
1. Base: Take a cup and pour 60 ml of frozen milk (if you want to change the flavor, you can use frozen milk tea instead to make "green bean milk tea ice"); if you like it to be cooler, you can add some ice cubes to the bottom of the cup.
2. Layer: Scoop 100 grams of the beaten green bean paste and spread it on the frozen milk (or ice cubes).
3. Add granules: Scoop about 60 grams of unwhipped original green bean porridge (with soup and retain the granular texture) and cover it on the green bean paste.
4. Decoration (optional):
~ Pour matcha sauce on the top layer, using the emerald green of matcha and the yellow-green of green beans to form a color contrast;
~ Or sprinkle with matcha powder to enhance the overall appearance.
5. Finished: A cup of green bean milk smoothie that is both refreshing and beautiful is ready to enjoy.
