Burrata Steak Salad

Burrata Steak Salad pairs a steak cooked to your liking with creamy burrata on a bed of salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sweet corn is lightly seared in butter, then everything is tossed in a glossy balsamic-honey dressing with salt and black pepper, with optional truffle sauce adding an extra luxe finish.

- Firstly, cook the steak to your own preference. Spread the truffle sauce onto the steak for seasoning

- In the same pan, add a scoop of butter, and fry the corns slightly. Reserve

- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper

- In a large mixing bowl, add in tomatoes, seared corns and salad sauce. Mix well

- Finally, assemble everything together with the burrata and sun dried tomatoes on serving plate. Enjoy!
