Satay Curry Beef Udon

A quick, creamy noodle soup with a fragrant satay–curry base, enriched with milk and savoury soy and oyster sauce, then loaded with udon, hotpot balls, tender beef, and your choice of veg—finished with a fried egg on top for extra comfort. Flavourful and creamy soup base with beef and vegetables, definitely a quick and easy noodle soup you would want to try!

- Start by frying the egg in the pot and set aside

- In the same pan, fry the satay sauce and curry powder together. Add 200 mL boiling water into the pot

- Followed by adding milk. Season the soup base by adding soy sauce, oyster sauce and adjust the taste with salt accordingly

- Bring the soup into boil and add in the frozen ingredients (udon and hotpot balls)

- Then add in vegetables, beef until cooked and eventually topped with the fried egg earlier

- Lastly, serve and enjoy!
