Lychee and shrimp balls
Lychee is a seasonal fruit and fresh shrimps are a refreshing and sweet combination
Ingredients
One pound of fresh shrimp
200g celery
half a pound of lychees
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of sea salt
15g mustard
mustard, soy sauce, cornstarch + water for sauce
Steps
peeling fresh shrimp
Marinate the shrimp with black pepper and sea salt for half an hour
peeling and boneless lychees
Blanch celery for one minute
Add a little oil and fry the lychee and celery
Saute the shrimp with a little rose water for one minute
Serve
Stir-fry all the ingredients for two minutes and serve.
