- Boil water from 1200 milliliters of water in a pan, add pandan leaves and ginger. Wait for the water to boil, add green beans, cover the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, leave the pan covered.

Turn on the stove, boil the green beans again for 7 minutes (the green beans have bloomed perfectly when the pan is opened)

- Add brown sugar and salt, wait until the brown sugar dissolves.

- Dissolve the glutinous rice flour with a little water, pour it directly into the pan.

- Stir well, wait a few moments until the porridge thickens, turn off the heat.

- Coconut sauce;
200 ml of thick coconut milk with 100 ml of water 1/2 tsp of salt. Boil over low heat until boiling, stir frequently so that the coconut milk does not curdle.

- Porridge is ready to be served with coconut milk sauce.
