- Wash the dal beans

- Soak for 3-4 hours

- Mash or blend until smooth

- Wash the spring onions and chop them.

- Add oil as you like, if there is a lot of oil, it's better

- Start frying, add the ingredients one by one, fry for 7-8 minutes

- Turn over and over until cooked and over medium heat and the heat needs to be controlled too, fry until golden brown

- After turning it over, it is ready to be removed and continue frying if there is still some left.

- Peanut dal fritters are ready to be enjoyed with chili sauce or other sauces.
