Tom Yum Goong Noodles (quick and easy to make)

Every time I eat something delicious, I love to replicate it. Ever since I was hooked by a bowl of Tom Yum Goong noodles, I have been obsessed with it. After returning to Guangzhou, I tried many restaurants, but I could never find the unique flavor in my memory. This bowl of noodles has become an unforgettable "white moonlight" in my heart.
I tried to replicate that sour, spicy and fragrant taste again and again. Until I found that using this ready-made Tom Yum Goong soup base as the base, I only need to add lemon, lemongrass and other ingredients to simmer the soup over low heat to enhance the flavor, and then pour in coconut milk to blend. In just over ten minutes, I can cook fragrant Tom Yum Goong noodles. Whether you want to slurp noodles, or use them to shabu-shabu seafood or cook mushrooms, it's easy to do. Ingredients
- Knorr Tom Yum Goong Sauce (1 small piece)

- 100 ml Coconut milk

- 1 Tom Yum Goong dry ingredients package (containing galangal, lemon leaves, lemongrass, chili (Fresh is better. I bought this dry ingredient package for easy storage and use.)

- vegetarian dishes (150g)

- 100g rice noodles

- 100g shrimp

Steps
- You can choose the ingredients as needed. Bean sprouts are recommended for vegetarian dishes (don’t choose green ones, as they turn yellow when exposed to acid and affect the appearance). You also need rice noodles, Tom Yum Goong dry material package (if there is no dry material package, you can prepare the corresponding materials yourself), Tom Yum Goong ingredients (ready-made ones will do), coconut milk, and your favorite meat or seafood.

- Wash the selected vegetables (such as bean sprouts) and blanch them in water; cook the rice noodles at the same time, or you can put them in the soup base with the vegetables at the end, depending on your personal preference.

- Use the Tom Yum Goong dry seasoning packet (don’t be scared by the chilli in it, it’s not spicy), wash it, add 500ml water, cook for 5 minutes after the water boils, strain and set aside.

- Prepare the special soup base: Pour the water from the basic soup base back into the pot, add the Tom Yum Goong ingredients and bring to a boil, then add the coconut milk and bring to a boil.

- Combine the ingredients and start eating: Put the blanched vegetables and cooked rice noodles into the prepared soup base, then add your favorite meat or seafood, and you can enjoy the soup. The soup is super delicious. You can also add fish sauce, lemon juice, etc. according to your personal taste.
