Moonlight over the Lotus Pond

Ingredients
- 50g carrots

- 30g fungus

- 50g lotus root

- 4 30g quarter beans

- 50g shrimp

- 30g fresh corn

- oil

- 30g garlic

- a pinch of pepper

- 1 tablespoon of starch

Steps
- Wash and cut green beans into slices (30g) for later use.

- Cut carrots into triangles and set aside 30 grams.
