Steps
cut the tempeh into 1 cm thick pieces
then cut it crosswise in the middle
Grind all the spices (salt, coriander, garlic and turmeric) once smooth, add about 30 ml of water.
add tempeh to the spices that have been ground earlier
prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it's hot
then put in the tempeh
fry until golden brown
then make the chili sauce (salt, garlic and chili) grind until smooth
then add hot oil to the chili sauce, about 3 tablespoons
then press and crush the tempeh into the chili sauce
then sprinkle basil on top, and it's ready to be served.
