- Wash thoroughly and remove scales

- Marinate with salt

- Slice the lemon and add sugar

- Then put lemon on top of the fish.

- Prepare a frying pan for steaming

- Add water, cover, turn on medium heat, wait for the water to boil.

- The water is boiling, put the fish in, cover, steam for 10 minutes.

- The fish is cooked, remove it

- Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil

- Put spring onions on top of the fish, then pour over hot oil.

- The fish is cooked and ready to be served
