Salmon poke is my ultimate comfort food that is healthy, fast and refreshing!
Ingredients
200 g salmon sashimi
20 g mangoes (diced)
20 g cucumber (sliced)
1 egg
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2 pack wasabi
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
Steps
Start by preparing the egg. Bring 3 cups of water to boil, remove from heat and add 1 cup of cold water. Put the egg in to let cook for 15 minutes
Thinly slice the cucumber, and add plenty of salt in a bowl and mix well. Leave for 15 minutes, once done, wash the cucumber under water and place on rice after straining water
Dice the mangoes into bite size
Dice the salmon and add in cream cheese, soy sauce, wasabi, chillies and mix well
