steamed bitter melon with minced meat

Ingredients
- 1 bitter melon stem

- 1 /3 carrots (cut into small cubes)

- 5 spring onion leaves (cut into small pieces)

- 100 gr boneless chicken thigh

- 1 teaspoon pepper powder

- 2 teaspoon salty soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon tapioca flour

- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

- 50 ml water

Steps
- Wash the chicken meat thoroughly, then dry it with tissue.

- then cut into thin slices

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- then remove the seeds

- then put in the minced chicken (take chopsticks and put in the minced meat little by little until it's full)

- then prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils, then put it in and steam for 15 minutes.

- then open the lid and set aside

- Prepare a frying pan, pour in the oil, wait until it is hot, then add the garlic, stir for a while, then add the sauce seasoning (oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, sugar, salt, tapioca flour and water, then stir)

- then stir until the sauce thickens slightly

- Then pour the mixture over the steamed bitter melon, and it is ready to be served.
