Indonesian Oxtail Soup

- Wash the oxtail thoroughly, then cook briefly, then wash and drain.

- Wash and cut the onions

- Wash and cut the carrots

- Wash and Cut the Tomatoes

- Washing Star Anise

- Saute the onion and star anise until fragrant, turn off the heat.

- Mix the oxtail and sauteed onions, cloves, tomatoes in a pan, add 1 liter of water, cook for 40 minutes using a pressure cooker so that it becomes soft quickly, then add the carrots and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, cook for another 10 minutes and add a little salt for taste and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
