Chocolate glutinous rice dumpling

Ingredients
30 G
75% Cocoa Chocolate (% of cocoa depends on your choice)
175 G
Glutinous rice flour
180 Ml
Water
0.5 teaspoon
Raw sugar ( to serve for 4 dumplings)
1 Pinch
Dry osmanthus ( to serve for 4 dumplings)
Steps
75% cocoa chocolate pound into small pieces.
Add 180ml water to glutinous rice flour in 3 times.
Mix to form a dough.
Sprinkle flour with a sieve onto a tray to prevent sticking.
Take a piece of dough (about 20g). Roll it with the palms of both hands to form a ball and wrap pieces of chocolate
Makes 17 pieces.
Boil a pot of water. Put the dumplings into the boiling water.
When the dumplings float. It is done.
Serve with osmanthus sugar. As I have run out of osmanthus sugar so I use raw sugar and add dry osmanthus instead.
