Steps
- Wash the fresh pork belly with water and cut into slices.

- Cut onion and ginger into small strips

- Put the cut pork belly in a container with 50 ml of water, half a spoon of white wine, and a little salt, and soak for 5 minutes. Soaking with beer can remove blood and make it tender.

- Take out the soaked pork belly, dry it, and tap it a few times with the back of a knife to make the seasoning absorb into the meat and make it softer.

- Then add seasoning, onion, ginger, corn starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, spicy red pepper powder, sugar to enhance the flavor, and beat a free-range egg. Finally, pour 15 grams of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

- Heat the pan with oil.

- Heat the oil and spread the marinated meat on the pan, fry slowly over low heat.
