Tofu is rich in nutrients and is a common dish on my family's table. This dish of tofu is wrapped in egg liquid, fried and then braised. The aroma of the egg and tofu is stewed in sauce and is specially made for picky eaters.
Add cornstarch, salt and pepper to the egg liquid and beat
Coat tofu with egg liquid
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and 300g water evenly and set aside
Fried tofu: After heating the pan, spray a small amount of oil and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Braised tofu: Put a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry gently for a few times, add the prepared sauce and simmer on low heat for about 1 minute. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with a few chopped green onions for decoration (you can leave out those who don’t like green onions).
