Steps
- Cut 150 grams of bitter gourd into slices.

- Rub with salt for one second and soak in water for one minute.

- Squeeze the bitter gourd dry and set aside.

- Cut 150 grams of onion into strips and set aside.

- Cut 10 grams of green pepper into shreds, cut 10 grams of red pepper into shreds, and cut 10 grams of garlic into slices for later use.

- Dice 10 grams of shallots and set aside.

- Cut 100 grams of meat into strips.
