Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower(蟲草花蒸雞)

Ingredients

chicken thighs
30 g
cordyceps flower
20 g
red dates
10 g
goji berries
Salt
2 tablespoons
rice wine
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
oyster sauce
2
green onions
3
slices ginger (puréed)

oil
1 tablespoon
corn starch
Steps
Start by soaking the cordyceps flower in warm water for 10 minutes
Also soak the red dates and goji berries in warm water for the time being
Chop the chicken thighs into smaller pieces
Add in salt and rub with water. This is to wash and clean the chicken thighs. Drain afterwards
After that, rub the chicken with listed ingredients
And add in cordyceps flower, red dates and goji berries
Place into a steaming container
When steaming, cover with a plate to avoid water vapours contacting the chicken
Let steam in medium low heat for 15 minutes
Once done, serve and enjoy!
