Rica-Rica Chicken Feet

Ingredients
- 500 chicken feet grams

- 5 shallot clove (4 cloves of garlic, 3 large chilies (if you like it spicy, you can add more, if you don't like it spicy, you can reduce it, according to taste))

- 3 miri beans

- 1 ginger segment (geprek)

- 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder

- 3 lime leaves

- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

- Salt + chicken stock to taste


- 1 lemongrass stalk (geprek)

- 1 tsp pepper powder

- 1 brown sugar thumb

Steps
- Wash the chicken feet then cut the nails, boil the feet briefly for ±5 minutes to remove dirt, then drain.

- Finely ground spices (garlic and shallots, chilies and candlenuts)

- Crush the ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves and tear them into 3 or 4 pieces so that the aroma of the lime leaves comes out.

- Prepare a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then saute the spices until fragrant, add lime leaves, lemongrass, turmeric powder, pepper powder, brown sugar and add chicken feet, stir, add soy sauce, salt and powdered broth (1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp powdered broth) add ± 600 ml of water. Cook over medium heat until tender / until the water shrinks. then cover

- The water has reduced and the feet are soft, the spices have really absorbed and are delicious. Turn off the heat and set aside.

- Ready to be served
