- Wash the taro

- Steam the taro until cooked. If you use hot water, steam for 25 minutes. If you use cold water, steam for 30 minutes, friends.

- Heat the pan

- Add 1 tbsp cooking oil

- Saute garlic and pepper until fragrant

- Cut the spring onions and celery leaves.

- Peel the steamed taro and mash it.

- Then prepare a container to make the wet dough, add 50g of wheat flour into it, add water little by little, stir until all the flour is smooth, here I use 150ml of water.
