Ingredients
- 175 gr Chicken meat

- 6 banana leaf sheet

- 1 hold basil leaves in your fingers

- 3 clove of garlic

- 7 Red onion seeds

- 4 candlenut seeds

- 9 Red chili fruit

- 3 bay leaf

- 3 cut galangal

- 6 cayenne pepper fruit

- 1 teaspoon pepper powder

- 2 teaspoon marinade spices

- 1 oil bottle

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 6 toothpick

- 1 teaspoon Sugar

Steps
- wash the chicken meat thoroughly then dry it.

- then cut into 16 pieces or according to taste

- Prepare the ground ingredients (shallots, garlic, candlenuts, red chilies, marinade spices, and add 2 tablespoons of oil)

- then grind the spices

- after the spices are smooth

- Prepare a frying pan, pour in 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the ground spices.

- stir until the spices are slightly yellowish

- then add bay leaves, galangal, salt, pepper powder and sugar

- then stir until the spices are evenly mixed

- then put in the chicken meat

- then stir the chicken until the spices are evenly mixed.

- Stir for 3 minutes and turn off the stove.

- prepare banana leaves for wrapping

- then put in the chicken, add the basil and cayenne pepper

- then wrap (hold the middle part, side by side, bring it together)

- then fold the right and left ends of the leaf to the middle and put them together

- then insert the toothpick into the middle of the leaf

- after wrapping is finished, ready to be steamed

- prepare a frying pan, pour in water, wait until the water boils

- then put in the steamed chicken

- then cover and steam for 20 minutes

- after 20 minutes, open the lid and it's cooked

- then put it on a plate and it's ready to be served
