Steam sour plum pork spare ribs

Pork spare ribs
4 pieces
Sour plum
2 teaspoons
Miso Paste
2 teaspoons
Minced garlic
3 Teaspoons
Oil
1.5 Teaspoons
Salt
2 Teaspoons
Sugar
2 Teaspoons
Potato starch
1.5 Teaspoons
Soy sauce
Steps
Season spare ribs with oil, salt, sugar, potato starch and soy sauce. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove stones from the sour plums and mesh the plums to form a paste.
Mix plum paste with miso paste and minced garlic.
Mix the sour plum, miso paste and garlic mixture with the seasoned ribs thoroughly. Let stand for an hour.
Put the spare ribs onto the steamer over high heat and steam for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle spring onions onto the steamed ribs.
Done.
