Ingredients
- 140g lean meat

Steps

- Put the tofu in a fresh-keeping bag and use your hands to scrape the outside into small pieces.

- Chop pepper and shallot into small pieces.

- For the sauce, pour a tablespoon of water into a bowl, add some soy sauce, 3 ml of oyster sauce, a little salt, and a little corn starch, and mix well.

- Beat three eggs into half of the minced tofu.

- Then boil the water and steam with the lid on for 10 minutes.

- Steam it and set aside for later use

- Heat oil in a pan, pour in the minced meat when it is almost cooked and stir-fry until slightly yellow, add a little chili, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the sauce prepared in advance and continue to stir-fry evenly.

- Now spread the fried minced meat lightly on top of the tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onions to garnish.
