~ Daily Qi & Blood Boost: Astragalus lifts and strengthens, red dates tonify and soothe, and angelica nourishes and activates blood. Add ginger for those with cold constitutions, or ophiopogon root to balance heat.
~ Poached Egg in Sweet Fermented Rice with Brown Sugar: A bowl of warm, thick, fragrant soup with soft egg and mellow wine aroma—it’s pure comfort.
Note: Everyone’s body is different. Stop drinking if you experience any discomfort.
Ingredients

- 50g brown sugar

- 50g shredded ginger

- 3 grams of wolfberry

- 6-8 red dates

- 800g water

- red dates

- 3 grams of angelica

- If you have a cold body, add 3 slices of ginger

- If you are afraid of getting angry, add 10 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus

- 1.5L water

- fermented rice (Appropriate amount, adjust according to taste)

- Wolfberry (10 capsules)

- 1-2 eggs

- longan (optional)

- red dates (optional)

Steps
- Drink during menstruation
- Cut the ginger into thin strips, and then "violently defuse" the red dates - remove the core and cut in half! Finally, bring out the brown sugar and wolfberry.

- Add 600 grams of water into the pot, add the prepared ingredients and cook for 15 minutes.

- Prepare 3 grams of angelica, 15 grams of astragalus, and 5 red dates. If you have a cold body, add 3 slices of ginger. If you are afraid of getting angry, add 10 grams of ophiopogon japonicus. Add 1.5 L of water.
Root and tuber plants should be boiled for 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
Red dates should be pitted no matter when they are used, as pits can cause internal heat.

- Poached Egg in Sweet Fermented Rice with Brown Sugar
- Add a little more water to the pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, then add the eggs. Then immediately reduce the heat to the lowest setting, cover the pot and simmer until the egg white is set and the egg yolk is cooked to your preferred medium or fully cooked state. During this process, remember not to turn the eggs over or use high heat, otherwise the eggs will easily break into egg flowers and the eggs cooked over high heat will not be tender enough.

- After the eggs are cooked, pour out the excess water according to your personal drinking needs, leaving an appropriate amount of clean water in the pot, add brown sugar and fermented rice, stir until the brown sugar is completely melted, then add wolfberry, boil over low heat and enjoy.
