Ingredients
- 275 gr ((chicken offal))

- 400 gr (joisam)

- 3 clove of garlic (chopped)

- 1 ginger finger joint (crushed)

- 1 /2 teaspoons (salt)

- 1 /2 teaspoons (Sugar)

- 1 /2 teaspoons (pepper powder)

- 1 /2 teaspoons (salty soy sauce)

- 1 teaspoon (tapioca flour)

- 1 teaspoon (oil)

Steps
- wash clean (chicken innards)

- then boil for 1 minute

- strain, wash and drain

- cut the chicken innards (according to taste)

- then season (salt, sugar, pepper powder, soy sauce, tapioca flour and oil)

- Wash the joisam vegetables and cut them (according to taste)

- Prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, wait until it is hot, then add the garlic and ginger.

- then saute the spices until fragrant

- then put in the Joisam vegetables, add (a little water)

- stir fry the joisam vegetables for 5 minutes and add (1 teaspoon of salt)

- then stir for a while

- then put it on a plate, and set aside

- prepare a frying pan, pour in oil, add (chicken innards)

- then fry, and stir

- until golden brown

- then put it on top of the joisam vegetables, and it's ready to be served.
