- Peel the celery stalks, then wash them, then cut them into matchsticks (according to taste)

- Boil the celery stalks for ±3 minutes, add salt and cooking oil, then remove and drain.

- Prepare a frying pan, add the onion and ginger, saute until fragrant, then add the shrimp, saute until they change color.

- Lift and set aside
