Garlic-Flavored Pork Ribs
Garlic-flavored pork ribs are a simple, easy-to-make and fragrant home-cooked dish. Pork ribs are used as the main ingredient. After being marinated, they are fried until golden brown, then baked in an air fryer, and finally sprinkled with garlic powder and pepper salt. It presents a crispy outside, tender inside, and rich garlic flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 piece Pork ribs

- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 1 spoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soju
- 1 spoon Garlic Powder

- 0.5 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 1 spoon Garlic Powder
Steps
- Wash and pat dry the pork ribs.
- Make an incision along the rib gap, close to one side of the bone. This will yield 8-10 thin pork ribs.

- Marinate pork ribs with marinade for about half an hour.

- Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, put the pork ribs in when the oil is hot, and fry them flat.

- Fry the pork ribs until golden on both sides.

- Line the air fryer with tin foil and place the pork ribs, which have turned golden brown on both sides. Bake at 160 degrees for 8 minutes, then turn the ribs over and bake at the same temperature for another 8 minutes.

- Open the air fryer, spray a little cooking oil, sprinkle about a tablespoon of garlic powder and a little pepper and salt, and bake at 170 degrees - 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
