Steps
- Steam for 15 minutes

- Soak for 12 hours

- Soak the mushrooms and drain the water. You can open 2 or 4 at a time.

- Heat the pan and add oil. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add spareribs and fry for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms and abalone and fry for another 5 minutes, then add water, wait for the water to boil, and then switch to the electric pressure cooker.
