Tofu, shrimp and egg

This dish combines three high-quality ingredients, which can not only satisfy the taste requirements, but also efficiently supplement the various nutrients needed by the body. It is a good choice for daily diet that takes into account both deliciousness and health.
Ingredients
- 200g tofu.

- 8 shrimps.

- two eggs.

- 5g chili pepper, 1 green onion, 5g garlic, 5g ginger.


- 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce.

- 1 teaspoon oil. Salt to taste.

Steps
- Use oyster sauce and light soy sauce to make the sauce before serving.

- Put oil in a pan, heat the oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, then add tofu

- Crush the tofu with a spatula and fry it over low heat, adding a little salt.

- Fry the tofu until golden brown. Add the shrimps and cover with a lid for 2 minutes.

- Beat the eggs and set aside.

- Pour the seasoned eggs evenly into the pot and cook for 1 minute. Pour the sauce evenly over the eggs. Sprinkle some chili pepper and turn off the heat.

- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
